Strength, posture, and longevity coaching with Adrien Maggione — 18,000+ sessions, 10+ years, NASM-certified. For every body, at every age.
A decade of training. Tens of thousands of hours under the bar. One belief.
That every body deserves a coach who actually looks at it. Who assesses before prescribing. Who corrects what's broken before chasing what's flashy.
Trained and certified across three continents. NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, Certified Nutritionist, TRX Instructor, and Pro Bodybuilding Coach.
Three kinds of clients walk through the door more than any other. Tap the closest fit to learn more.

Tight hips. Rounded shoulders. A low back that complains every Friday.
Posture correction →
Done with crash plans. Want strength, muscle, a body that holds the result.
Weight loss training →
Still riding. Still running. Still playing — at 25, 45, or 74.
Athletic longevity →If you've spent the last decade hunched over a keyboard, your body has adapted to that shape. The good news: it can un-adapt. With the right work, faster than you'd expect.
Real clients have lost 40, 50, even 60 pounds and kept it off. Not through crash plans or shakes — through strength, food that fits your life, and habits that survive the holidays.
You've been an athlete your whole life. You don't want to stop. Training in your 50s, 60s, and 70s isn't about doing less — it's about doing it smarter, so you can keep doing it forever.
At 74, after a lifetime of competitive riding and more injuries than I can count, I never imagined I'd still be training at this level. Adrien truly understands how to train athletes of every age and ability.
Every client starts with the same three things, in the same order. That order is the whole difference.
Find the imbalances, restrictions, and old injuries before we load anything. Most trainers skip this. It's why most trainers' clients get hurt.
Built around your body, not a template. Corrective work woven into every lift — not bolted on as a warm-up afterthought.
Certified nutritionist. Real food, real life, no shake programs to sell you. We build habits that survive your travel schedule.
Pay-as-you-go or save with multi-session packages. Every plan starts with a free consultation.

No. Most clients start with little or no strength training experience. The first session is a movement assessment to understand your current ability and any limitations. Programming starts from where you are.
The first session is a movement and goals assessment. We discuss your training history, any injuries or pain, your goals, and your lifestyle. Then we go through a guided movement screen to see how your body moves before we load anything.
